Purchase, Returns & Shipping Agreement
If you place an order it is herby agreed that you have accepted the following terms of sale.
Please note we are entirely adhering to New Zealand consumer law.
Shine and Rossellini will accept returns for online purchases if your items are returned within 10 days from your receipt of the items.
Once your returns are processed we will email you, the customer a store credit which has a one year expiry from the date of your return being processing at HQ. This must be used at checkout on our web store to redeem.
Simply use the code provided in your email at check out and done your new purchase is on its way to you.
Note: for SALE items, we will accept online returns as above and offer your a store credit which will be valid for three months.

When returning any women's fashion items we would appreciate if you would provide details of the reason why you wish to return said item. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you our customer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or do not receive your item in perfect condition please email us at shop@shinefashion.nz
Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a store credit denied. All shoes should be tried on in a carpeted area before wear. Any women's fashion garments with special care instructions should be handled with extra care to prevent any damage from occurring.
For hygienic reasons, we currently cannot accept returns for earrings or any other pierced jewellery.
Delivery will not exceed 14 days unless both parties agree. This does not apply to Pre-Orders or overseas deliveries.
You must return purchases with supporting documentation and in original condition, with all labels and swing tags still attached up to 14 days from purchase date. After 14 days from the date of purchase, you will not be offered a store credit unless you have contacted us by email to shop@shinefashion.nz and we have consented to the late return or missing receipt.
Returns from Australia and all other overseas locations will be accepted up to 21 days from the date of purchase for a store credit. Shine/Rossellini requires you to track & trace via courier, for returns, do not use a postal service.
We have the right to refund your purchase if a pricing mistake has been made online.
All international deliveries are handled by New Zealand Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.
Shine/Rossellini will not be held responsible for any returns that fail to make it to us. Any currency charges incurred through processing a refund will be deducted from your refund by Shopify, any return courier fees are the responsibility of you the customer, we will not refund the costs of any courier.
If an order is refunded for any reason and currency fees are charged Shine/Rossellini will not be liable for that refund shortfall.
