Returns & Shipping Policy

Any order you place is deemed for you to have accepted the following terms of sale.

Shine and Rossellini will accept returns for change of mind purchases for online sales if returned within 7 days from receipt of goods, returns once processed will give you the customer a store credit with a one-year expiry from the date of your original purchase.

For sale items we will accept returns and offer your a store credit valid for three months.

Any item discounted 55% of more is a final sale and no return is accepted.

We recommend using RETURNIT for ease and convenience. From your door back to the store.

When returning any women's fashion items we would appreciate if you would provide details of the reason why you wish to return said item. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you our customer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied or do not receive your item in perfect condition please email us at 

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and a store credit denied. All shoes should be tried on in a carpeted area before wear. Any women's fashion garments with special care instructions should be handled with extra care to prevent any damage from occurring.

Delivery will not exceed 14 days unless both parties agree. This does not apply to Pre-Orders or overseas deliveries.

You must return purchases with supporting documentation and in original condition, with all labels and swing tags still attached up to 14 days from purchase date. After 14 days from the date of purchase, you will not be offered a store credit unless you have contacted us by email to and we have consented to the late return or missing receipt.

Returns from Australia and all other overseas locations will be accepted up to 21 days from the date of purchase for a store credit. Shine/Rossellini requires you to track & trace via courier, for returns, do not use a postal service.

We have the right to refund your purcXhase if a pricing mistake has been made online.

All international deliveries are handled by New Zealand Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility.   

Shine/Rossellini will not be held responsible for any returns that fail to make it to us. Any currency charges incurred through processing a refund will be deducted from your refund by Shopify, any return courier fees are the responsibility of you the customer, we will not refund the costs of any courier.

If an order is refunded for any reason and currency fees are charged Shine/Rossellini will not be liable for that refund shortfall.
