Purchase, Returns & Shipping Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Please note that Rossellini fully adheres to New Zealand consumer law.


Returns Policy

Rossellini accepts returns for online purchases if items are returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please review your purchases carefully before completing your order. If you wish to change, refund, or cancel your purchase, we offer online store credits only.

For sale items, returns are accepted under the same conditions; however, store credits issued for sale items are valid for three months only.

Items discounted by 65% or more are considered final sale and are non-returnable. Any final sale items returned to us will be couriered back to you at your expense. Returned final sale items will be held for 10 days after receipt before being disposed of.

For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for earrings or any other pierced jewellery.


Store Credits & Refunds

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit via email. Store credits are valid for:

  • One year for full-priced items
  • Three months for sale or discounted items

This is assessed from the date your return is processed at HQ.

To redeem your credit, simply enter the code provided in your email at checkout.

If an order is cancelled after being placed, a $30 restocking fee will apply to cover staff time and commissions paid.

Rossellini reserves the right to refund your purchase if a pricing error has occurred online.

If a refund is processed and currency conversion fees apply, Shine/Rossellini is not responsible for any refund shortfall caused by those fees.


Lost, Stolen & Undelivered Parcels

Lost or stolen courier parcels are not eligible for refunds. However, customers may receive either:

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • An online store credit valid for 3–12 months in accordance with our terms of trade.

Shine/Rossellini is not responsible for returns that fail to arrive back to us.


Customs Duties & International Orders

Any customs duties or sales taxes charged on your order are non-refundable through Rossellini.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on how duties and taxes may apply to your order.

All international deliveries are handled by New Zealand Post. Any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

For returns from Australia and other overseas locations:

  • Returns are accepted up to 21 days from the date of purchase for a store credit.
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked courier service.
  • Please do not use standard postal services.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

  • In original condition,
  • With all labels and swing tags attached,
  • Along with supporting documentation,
  • Within 14 days of the purchase date.

Returns made after 14 days may not be accepted unless prior approval has been granted via email at shop@rossellini.nz.

Returns that are damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer without a store credit being issued.

Shoes must be tried on indoors on a carpeted surface before wear.

Garments with special care instructions should be handled carefully to avoid damage.

When returning women’s fashion items, we appreciate customers providing a reason for the return. All products are quality checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or not in perfect condition, please contact us at shop@rossellini.nz.


Shipping & Delivery

Delivery will not exceed 14 days unless otherwise agreed by both parties. This timeframe does not apply to pre-orders or overseas deliveries.

Customers are responsible for all return postage and courier costs. Rossellini does not refund shipping expenses.

We recommend using NZ Post or ReturnIt (www.returnit.co.nz) for convenient returns.
